Brandon
S. Earp, grew up in the Mid-Cities of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
area, where he graduated from Grapevine High School, Grapevine,
Texas. After high school he attended Texas A&M University in College
Station, Texas where he was a proud member of the Texas Aggie Corps
of
Cadets while earning a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. After
college he moved back to the Metroplex area and attended Texas Wesleyan
University School of Law. At Wesleyan he chose to pursue studies preparing
him for the general practice of law and, in so doing, graduated seventh
in his class and was honored with membership in the Texas Wesleyan
Law
Review and Moot Court team.
Upon graduation, he was hired by Stone & Bruce, P.C. to manage their Bowie branch office. At that employment he was responsible for developing a general practice in both the litigation and transactional areas of civil law. As part of his joining a new community, Brandon sought to become involved in many community activities allowing him to give back what he can in exchange for the many gifts the community has given him. As part of his commitment to the betterment of his community, he has become involved in city government and local service clubs.
In 1998 Brandon married his high school sweetheart, Trisha. Together they have one son, Clay, who is five years old. They are also expecting a daughter in September, to be named Meredith. Trisha has been employed with both Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and Bowie ISD as an elementary school teacher, but has been working with the firm for the last several years maintaining its financial and accounting records. Trisha is also a graduate of Texas A&M University, having graduated in 1997 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Education).
In 2001, Brandon purchased the Bowie branch office of Stone & Bruce, P.C. and launched his own firm, where he practices almost entirely civil law. While he takes limited criminal cases, he focuses primarily on civil transactions and litigation. He has experience in nearly all aspects of civil practice and represents clients in real estate, business organizations, probate/estate planning, bankruptcy, family law, commercial litigation and consumer rights as well as personal injury matters and insurance disputes. He believes that in pursuing the results his clients are looking for it is important to develop the attorney-client relationship into a team, working together toward a common goal. To the practice of law, Brandon brings a commitment to the interests of his clients, a no-nonsense approach to legal decision making and the tenacity needed to adequately prosecute or defend any case in any court in Texas.
